    浙江海天建设集团上海公司(原浙江省东阳市第二建筑工程有限公司)创建于 1975 年，是一家集工业、民用建筑、装饰装璜、市政、设备安装、房地产开发、建筑电器、建材为一体的国家一级总承包施工企业。 1998 年通过质量体系以及德国 TUV 认证，档案管理达国家二级标准， 2002 年通过整合型 ISO9001 质量管理体系、 OHSAS18001 职业健康安全管理体系、 ISO14001 环境管理体系认证。拥有外经权。
